Treasury Accountant
We are seeking an experienced Treasury Accountant responsible for processing and supporting all company bank accounts. Key skills include bank accounting, data analysis, and proficiency with accounting software.
Job description responsibilities and duties
- processing and supporting of all company's bank accounts managed from Switzerland,
- supporting of treasury department in the context of foreign currency valuation,
- execution of regular payment runs,
- recording and documentation of manual payments,
- analysis and support of necessary steps for the customers ageing list,
- reconciliation and foreign currency valuation of the banks as part of the monthly and quarterly reporting and annual financial statements,
- support of other departments in accounting topics,
- compliance with the specified rules regarding the internal control system ICS.
Requirements for the employee
- a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or a similar major is required,
- proven experience in bank accounting and familiarity with accounting software (SAP preferred),
- strong accuracy in data entry, with the ability to spot and resolve discrepancies,
- excellent organizational skills and effective communication with team,
- proficient in Microsoft office, especially Excel, with strong problem-solving skills.
