• Development of systems within budget limits • Efficient preparation of the technical specifications for components and systems, technical evaluation of bids and joint selection of suppliers • Responsible for the timely ordering of his systems • Supervision of suppliers throughout the whole project implementation phase (including documentation): o If necessary, carrying out Pre-inspection Meeting or Kick-off (with PPM) o Checking the documentation of suppliers (design documents, engineering documents, interface specifications, information on construction, EMSR) o Review and approval of the Q-plans and incorporating customer requirements into QMS o Performing or arranging Factory tests o Quality control on construction site and arranging assembly inspections o Preparing/defending of claims with TPM o Monitoring removal of non-conformities by suppliers • Cross-system interface coordination with the technical project management and third parties, in particular clarifying the interfaces with other Lots • Active collaboration with the plant design (installation of components, pipe routing) and electrical and control supervisor • Responsible for the completeness of the CAE lists in his field (piping, valves, signal exchange, instrumentation, components) • Regulatory compliance with respect to the Lot he is in charge of • Support of the Assembly on issues in his own field (own lots, concepts) • Close cooperation and exchange of experience (feedback from project) with product managers • Take care of the assigned subject areas as product manager • Training and technical support for internal employees

Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta

• Support for persons performing similar functions • High degree of autonomy in the management/development of different (sometimes complex) systems • Good knowledge of project work with different project disciplines • Very good product and system knowledge • Good understanding of the entire system • Experience of co-operation with and evaluation of suppliers • Persuades counter-part, even in controversial discussions • Can clarify routine ambiguities through factual discussions • Can recognize and execute the appropriate way forward, based on experience • Uses experience when applying standard methods, in order to solve challenging problems • Chooses solutions and provides these to relevant interface partner • Takes decisions independently and in a timely manner within pre-determined limits • Good cost awareness • Good MS Office user knowledge • Very good German and English knowledge (spoken and written) • High degree of understanding of quality assurance • Knowledge of CAE Tools (Comos etc.) • Project Management knowledge
