We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative/Manager responsible for developing and managing the company's business activities. Your role will involve establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and effectively presenting our products and services. We expect you to have experience in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and achieve set goals. Job description responsibilities and duties

  • Selling security devices,
  • Offering optimal security solutions,
  • Developing the distribution network,
  • Collaborating with and maintaining daily contact with customers – building strong relationships with existing customers and seeking new clients (contacting, presenting, negotiating),
  • Fieldwork (initially approximately 90%),
  • Conducting market research and analysis,
  • Preparing sales plans/actions and related reports,
  • Providing customer support,
  • Actively participating in marketing and sales projects.

Requirements for the employee

  • Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar position in the field of security and protection (technical security) is an advantage,
  • Knowledge of video cameras, intrusion systems, access control, and intercom systems,
  • University degree in economics or a technical field,
  • Proficiency in English (B1-B2 level),
  •  Driver's license,
  •  Proficiency in MS Office and internet usage,
  •  Financial knowledge and analytical skills,
  •  Availability for business travel (visits to business partners),
  •  Excellent sales, communication, listening, presentation, and negotiation skills,
  •  High level of responsibility, persistence, flexibility, and proactivity,
  •  Affinity for new technologies and ability to achieve company goals.
