For our client, a company operating in the logistics segment, we are looking for a candidate for the Office Manager/secretary position.
Job description responsibilities and duties
- Provide administrative support executing activities and build an effective relationship with those you support
- Preparation of documents for accounting
- Management of companies’ tasks
- Coordination of tasks between the group
Requirements for the employee
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language
- Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
