- providing HR support for assigned team in 6 EU countries by ensuring effective delivery of key HR activities, liaising with Group Commercial Director and Group HR Director - support the implementation of HR strategy and team strategy - controlling of all HR related costs and taking actions in case the target is not met - workforce planning & recruitment activities where necessary - responsibility for performance management, succession planning & people development activities - responsibility for particular Group HR Projects and Initiatives leading to achieving the HR strategy - builds effective relationships with operational HR departments to understand their business goals and needs and to proactively identify and implement solutions

Predpoklady úspešného kandidáta

- at least Bachelor’s Degree in economical, human resources or other business field of study - at leat 4 years of HR Generalist position in retail industry is a must - strong customer service, relationship building and problem solving skills - interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - drive for results, ability to work in fast changing & stressful environment - fluent level of English language - advanced computer skills in MS Office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word and Outlook) - ability to travel, at least 30% of the working time
