Branch Office Manager
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic manager for the position of Branch Manager. As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, motivating and developing the team of employees, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and achieving set business goals. You will also represent the company at the local level and maintain good relationships with clients and partners.
Job description responsibilities and duties
- Taking care of branch office's growth and development in accordance with long-term strategies
- Participation in process of making business plans
- Encouragement, monitoring and responsibility for the realization of sales, financial and marketing plans
- Maintaining and developing good relationships with existing and new clients
- Active participation in key sales meetings with important clients
- Identifying opportunities for the development of new sales channels
- Organization and control of work and business processes
- Mentoring and coaching the sales team
- Human resource management
- Management and optimization of collection of receivables
- Management and optimization of stock
- Taking care of company's image and nurturing a good reputation
- Analysis of the competition, market trends and monitoring competitiveness of the company in the market
- Taking care of the financial stability of the branch office's and implementation and application of valid legal regulations
- Representation and presentation of the company and decision-making at the branch office level
- Cooperation with the headquarter company with regular reporting

- A person who knows the security & safety market very well
- Communicative person with vast experience in sales
- An electrical engineer with exceptional sales skills or a graduate economist with a strong expressed interest in new technologies
- A person with knowledge of the English language, minimum B2
- A person ready for continuous learning and development
- Organized and systematic person with developed skills of analytical thinking, quick reasoning and decision-making
- Proactive and persistent person who is inclined to cooperation and teamwork
- Tactic person with strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- A self-aware person with high standards of ethics and honesty
- A person ready for frequent business trips and has a category B driver's license

Starting from 2.000€ - 2.800€ gross monthly salary. (final pay will be depending on skills and professional experience). Variable bonus depending on sales
