As a Strategic & Process Consultant you will be running end-to-end consulting projects to integrate different products and services to bring value proposition to customers with increased success rates on tenders.
- responsible for creating and executing consultancy strategy for clients’ Diagnostics, making it a key differentiator in the market and contributing to shaping the healthcare system - executes process and strategic consulting projects pre-agreed with customers and internally - co-designs and leads implementation of Value Based Healthcare Initiatives in collaboration with rest of the organization and external partners - responsible for implementation of strategic and tactical toolkits / actions in order to increase consultancy awareness and adoption and in this way achieve business objectives - translates customers’ needs into concrete strategic and process consulting projects, in cooperation with Key Account Managers, to maximize value to customers, patients and our client and integrates different products and solutions of our client and external partners - articulates collaborative recommendations showing investments and ROI - creates a shared vision with the customer team to reach their goals (e.g. cooperation / healthcare intelligence scenarios) - integrates the different clients’products and solutions and of external partners too into end to end solutions in the Strategic and Process consulting projects, as much as possible depending on scope and in coordination with commercial teams - cooperates with consultancy peers across the region to align with the regional EMEA LATAM consultancy strategy, leverages and effectively contributes to the regional & global client´s network - drives healthcare transformation and digitalization agenda - builds team capabilities related to consulting across areas and lives clients’ values and leadership commitments - fosters strong team spirit across all organization - respects the compliance with all relevant clients’ guidelines and policies
- university education (Bachelor's degree), university education (Master's degree) postgraduate (Doctorate) - IT&Engineering, LifeSciences, MBA specialisation is a plus - English - Advanced (C1) - 5+years working experience, preferably +3 years experience in Strategy and/or Process Consulting - work experience in Healthcare - experience using LEAN methodology as a plus - digital innovations in healthcare (is a plus) - sound strategic thinking and capability to translate it into clear tactical plans - pro-active, dynamic, result-driven - strong business acumen - advanced presentation skills and analytical skills – “Fluency of idea” - good negotiation skills - project management in complex environments - in depth knowledge of current and emerging digital solutions - demonstrates the Agile mindset - able to work independently as well as in cross-functional
